This project was initiated by therapist Cathy Utz, who after seeing Lorraine Schneider's Another Mother for Peace poster was struck by how much its quiet clarity shaped her own thinking about war, children and responsibility; and wondered what message might serve a similar role for the current generation.
She approached the graphic designer Grayson Craddock, who came on board to design the artwork for Social Media is not Healthy for Children and Other Living Things. He involved his own children directly in the process, having them draw and sketch ideas that helped inspire this hand-crafted artwork.
